For bookings cancelled in that time frame, an option to transfer your booking will be offered. Bookings that are cancelled successfully must be rebooked within one month. For bookings at the studio that are cancelled within 72 hours will be able to be transferred within one month but will incur a £15/ per hour fee based on the length of your massage. For bookings cancelled within less time, no option to transfer will be offered and the full fee will be retained. Not showing up for a session will be considered a late cancellation and will result in the full fee being retained. In case of lateness, the massage will finish at the scheduled time. Please seek professional medical advice if you are unsure whether your health will prevent you from receiving Thai massage.
