Client agreement for 1-to-1 yoga sessions

• I will immediately inform Noémie of any discomfort or pain that I experience during the session so that the practice can be adjusted to my needs

• I acknowledge my responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, including injuries, pregnancy and postnatal, or anything that may impact my ability to practise yoga

• I understand that where appropriate hands-on assists and Thai massage techniques will be offered unless I communicate not wanting to be assisted

• I will not attend my appointment feeling ill and understand that if I cancel my appointment late, I may be asked to reschedule at my own cost

Policy for 1-to-1 yoga session

1-2-1 sessions are subject to a 7 day cancellation policy.

For bookings cancelled in that time frame, an option to transfer your booking will be offered. Bookings that are cancelled successfully must be rebooked within one month. For bookings at the studio that are cancelled within 72 hours will be able to be transferred within one month but will incur a £15/ per hour fee based on the length of your session. For bookings cancelled within less time, no option to transfer will be offered and the full fee will be retained. Not showing up for a session will be considered a late cancellation and will result in the full fee being retained.

In case of lateness, the appointment will finish at the scheduled time.

Please seek professional medical advice if you are unsure whether your health will prevent you from being able to practise Yoga. Do not practise Yoga if your doctor or health care provider advises against it.
